Bellaire HS sophomore David Falloure made his own mark in history when he researched the life of the City of Bellaire’s founder, William Wright Baldwin, as a part of his Eagle Scout project. David’s thorough research resulted in a granite marker at Bellaire’s City Hall honoring Baldwin’s achievements.
