Mihee Chung (far left), a professional violinist with the Houston Symphony for 32 seasons, came to instruct and inspire Longfellow Elementary School’s chamber orchestra students on Nov. 7 through the Symphony’s Community Connections program. She helped the children to learn an advanced bow hold and individually tutored advanced players McKenzie Crissman and Courtney Innis. Also pictured is Mindy Snow, Longfellow’s orchestra director.
